The magnificent and elegant Sheikh Zaed mosque is indeed the modern day Taj mahal. Built with enormous marble columns, intricate marble Islamic designs, and dainty tapestry the Sheikh Zaed mosque is a wonder to witness. It holds the largest glorious chandelier in the world embedded with 1 million Swarovski crystals and underlying it is the largest hand-woven Persian carpet in the world. The centrepiece is the biggest mosque dome in the world is made in pure marble with a golden gilded pointer. The mosque has 82 domes and 4 humongous minarets. It has a capacity for 40,000 worshippers. The mosque is a place of peace, serenity, calm and spiritual awakening.
